LESSONS LEARNED FROM IMPLEMENTING DEPARTMENTAL MENTORING PLANS: A PANEL DISCUSSION

In this one-hour interactive session, Drs. Herb Patterson (Eshelman School of Pharmacy), Aimee Wall (School of Government), and Wei You (Chemistry, Collage of Arts and Sciences) will share lessons learned and pearls to effectively implementing a department or school-wide mentoring plan or program. This session is designed for anyone in the process of developing mentoring plans for a department or unit, or interested in learning from example programs. Audience members will have opportunities to ask questions and to share their experiences.

• Faculty Development Specialists
• Faculty and Administrators involved in mentoring plans for faculty

The panel session will be delivered virtually through Zoom. A Zoom link will be provided in the confirmation email; registrants will also receive an Outlook calendar invitation.
