Did you know ITS provides a platform for developing and deploying web applications? Carolina Cloud Apps provides a place to host and build apps for use with a variety of popular programming languages and frameworks.
Getting Started with Carolina Cloud Apps will teach you how to set up an application environment hosted in the Carolina Cloud Apps service. Participants will learn how to use version control software (git), the command line, and the Carolina Cloud Apps web console to make a sample application live in the cloud. No previous knowledge is required, but do bring your laptop.
Experts from the ITS Middleware Services team will lead the workshop, and have additional staff on hand to answer questions.
***Due to high demand, this is the THIRD offering of the workshop. The workshop will be held in VENABLE G307***
