Targeting Equity in Access to Mentoring (TEAM) ADVANCE Workshop:

HOW TO DEVELOP AND OPTIMIZE A DEPARTMENTAL FACULTY MENTORING PLAN OR PROGRAM

May 7, 2021 | 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

In this interactive two-hour workshop, participants will identify best practices for developing departmental faculty mentoring plans or programs. Attention will be given to assessing mentoring program needs, clarifying program goals and outcomes, and developing strategies to recruit, match, and orient mentoring program participants.

• Department Chairs
• Faculty Development Specialists
• Faculty and Administrators involved in mentoring plans for faculty

The workshop will be delivered virtually through Zoom. A Zoom link will be provided in the confirmation email. Registrants will also receive an Outlook invitation.
