The PI Development Series is composed of different modules to educate investigators on being a PI on sponsored projects at UNC-CH. The intended audience is faculty and postdocs who are PIs, or about to be new PIs, on sponsored projects. This module focuses on best practices for the PI to mentor his/her research team, with "team" including one or more students, postdocs, junior faculty, or staff. **For faculty and postdocs only**
