Seminar Series on Engaged Scholarship

This series will consist of one and a half hour sessions to promote community engagement and engaged scholarship at the UNC-Chapel Hill. The first seminar in the 2016-17 series is: Supporting Engaged Scholarship in Promotion and Tenure.

During this session, representatives of a campus Task Force on Engaged Scholarship in Promotion and Tenure (appointed by the Provost in 2015-16) will report on their process and share the resulting report and recommendations. Participants will have an opportunity to preview and pilot questions proposed to support campus departments and units in discussing engaged scholarship in promotion and tenure.
