The PI Development Series is composed of different modules to educate investigators on being a PI on sponsored projects at UNC-CH. For faculty and postdocs who are PIs, or about to be new PIs, on sponsored projects. This module focuses on hiring, firing, performance evaluations, and grievance policies for SPA, EPA non-faculty, and postdoc employees.
