Join us for the inaugural public discussion of the CWC's Carolina Seminar series. This first discussion will focus on the history and current roles and purposes of women's centers and women's organizations. In particular, we will examine how organizations are tackling national gender equity issues, including questions raised in recent years about what are "women's issues" and who gets to speak for and about women.

The session will be recorded live and hosted by Frank Stasio for future airing on WUNC's The State of Things.
