The Mentoring Series covers different topics related to mentoring and being mentored for junior faculty and postdocs to be independent researchers. The intended audience is faculty and postdocs. This module will focus on managing conflict between mentors and mentees; conflict which may have nothing to do with differences relating to the research activities or scholarly work itself. **For faculty and postdocs only.**
