Title: NC Infection Control Curriculum for Dental Settings

This state-approved course is offered in an online lecture/post-course assessment format. Successful completion of the post-course assessment affirms that the participant has acquired the training mandated by the North Carolina Statute .0206, Infection Control in Health Care Facilities Rule, which requires that each health facility designate a staff member to direct infection prevention activities.

Continuing Education Credit Approval Statement:

This continuing education activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the standards of the ADA Continuing Education Recognition Program (ADA CERP) through joint efforts between The University of North Carolina School of Dentistry and the NC SPICE- Statewide Program for Infection Control & Epidemiology.
