Dr. Thorpe is associate professor of health, behavior and society at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. He also has joint appointments in medicine and neurology at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and is the director of the Program for Research on Men's Health at the Hopkins Center for Health Disparities Solutions. He leads The Black Men’s Health Project, the largest and most comprehensive initiative of its kind in U.S. history. Refreshments will be served immediately after.
