Supporting students in difficult situations can be confusing, challenging and time consuming.  Our students face a variety of issues that are complex. We want to make sure you have the resources to assist you when you are approached by students.  This webinar will allow faculty and staff to engage and practice with colleagues on ways to manage difficult student issues, generate solutions and determine resources you should use.  The goal is to increase awareness of Gillings and University resources and to become more comfortable in managing challenging student issues.
