  • Title: Developing an Appropriate Data and Safety Monitoring Plan
  • Objectives:
    • Describe appropriate monitoring of research
    • Differentiate between a monitoring plan (DSMP) and a monitoring board (DSMB)
    • Identify what to include in a monitoring plan
    • Identify roles and responsibilities of a DSMB
