|Prioritizing Wellness: Stress Management for Graduate Students||Return to listing|
Life as a graduate student is often stressful. In this workshop, we will provide a space to discuss stressors specific to graduate students and how these stressors can have a toxic effect on eight different dimensions of wellness. The workshop will focus on how to prioritize your well-being in the midst of a stressful semester and will introduce several stress management techniques, including mindfulness. Light snacks will be served.
