EARLY-BIRD REGISTRATION ENDS MARCH 29TH, 2019. You will be unable to receive early-bird pricing ON or AFTER March 30th, 2019. Please see regular pricing here.

The Carolina Neurostimulation Conference brings together experts in the neurostimulation field to discuss advances in basic and clinical research. The conference allows attendees to meet and interact with leading researchers, outstanding trainees and clinicians at the intersection of medicine and engineering. We hope that this conference is a catalyst for future collaborations amongst attendees, including with the Carolina Center for Neurostimulation.

We are proud of the diversity and gender-equality of our speakers at the first Carolina Neurostimulation Conference in 2018, which included neurologists, engineers, neuroscientists, and psychiatrists from around the world. Furthermore, we hosted over 100 attendees from four different continents to share their science in the field of brain stimulation. Finally, we received generous support from 9 international vendors who have contributed to sophisticated brain stimulation research.

This year, we are excited to report that we again have an equal number of female and male speakers, representing brain stimulation techniques from deep brain stimulation (DBS) to electrical stimulation (tACS and tDCS), as well as experiments in both humans and animal models. Importantly, the conference is interdisciplinary, covering psychology, systems neuroscience, and medicine.

SCHEDULE:

There is also a hands-on tACS workshop offered on June 3rd - 4th prior to the conference. Information about the workshop can be found here.
