The Finance Data Warehouse makes it possible to view data from 1999 to current fiscal year; and contains data from all major data systems on campus--- student, personnel, finance, space/facilities. This training will cover using the Report function to create reports using predetermined system filters. Reports can be downloaded to Microsoft Excel, allowing users to sort and analyze the data.
Prerequisites:
Employees must obtain access to the Data Warehouse prior to the training session. Due to internal controls, obtaining access to the Finance Data Warehouse may take up to 10 days. To obtain access, please complete the Consolidated Access Request Form located on the Finance Division Training webpage,

Parking:
Please be advised that if you do not have a campus parking permit, you will need to get a temporary parking permit from room 3101 upon your arrival. Participants will need to park in the overflow lot, located across the service road beside the Giles-Horney building. It is about a five minute walk from our building, so please plan accordingly.
