A key organizational skill for graduate students is tuning into subtle differences of departmental and organizational culture. Participants in this workshop will learn a framework for assessing the culture of their departments and where they "fit." This will be an opportunity for participants to identify necessary adjustments to help meet academic and personal goals. Ideal for new, incoming students as well as those soon to transition into new working environments and career tracks. The workshop will be facilitated by David Kiel, Leadership Coordinator for the Center for Faculty Excellence. Lunch will be provided.
