Dr. Parker is a NIH-funded institutional K Scholar at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She will present the results from her K project where she investigated the perceptions of cancer educational materials among young women breast cancer survivors. She will also discuss the results from an environmental scan of cancer educational materials for content and readability and present her next steps toward grant development and future collaborations.
