Participants will learn to be more effective in clarifying expectations, handling conflict, and realizing the fundamentals of tension management in their professional roles. Participants will gain practical insights and learn essential concepts for building and maintaining high team performance. Each participant will understand the behaviors that build trust, communication, morale and effective activity management. Outcomes include: gaining greater ability to give and receive feedback, develop strategies for effectively influencing others, and enhance productivity in teams.
